Our Repair Service Process

Every tool sent for repair is first fully inspected and a written estimate is provided, providing you with a clear view of the cost of the repair, as well as a quote on a comparable replacement tool. We will consult with you before any repair is completed, no up-front payment is required!
All internal components are carefully inspected during disassembly to ensure a comprehensive and lasting repair. We can make recommendations for safety improvements, and ensure all accessories included are suitable for the application of the tool. Once repairs are completed, every tool is tested for performance before it's returned to the customer, so you can be confident it’s operating at its best when it is returned to the jobsite.
Our extensive parts inventory ensures quick turnaround on common tool repairs. We pride ourselves on our in house repair service knowledge, thorough process, and comprehensive testing.
We can also ship across Canada! We are equipped to handle large volume shipments of tools including jobsite boxes, crates, pallets, or large mining jacks.
Torque Wrench Calibration Services
We repair and calibrate torque wrenches of all brands (subject to parts availability). Our experienced technicians have the knowledge and experience to keep your fleet running. We are able to calibrate torque wrench ranging from 7.5 ft-lbs (10 N-m) to 1106 ft-lbs (1500 N-m). We can also supply optional ISO compliant certifications.
